The ground floor of the house has an entrance hall with separate dressing room and space big enough to place a large shoe rack and wardrobe. From the entrance, you can enter the main hall, which contains an interior staircase, entrance to the living room and the entrance to the spatially generously designed toilet. Taking the interior staircase down you can access the garage for two cars, entrance to the technical room and entrance to the warehouse. The living room with space for a fireplace is connected to the kitchen and dining area of the total size of 46.51 square meters.
From the living room, there is access to a wooden outdoor terrace connected to the path leading along with the house.
