The company GRANT CZECH was founded in 2017. As another stage of development of the long-term collaboration of several companies cooperating on the construction and real estate market of Prague and Central Bohemia, the development company GRANT CZECH was founded. We decided to take this step in order to simplify and speed up the procedures in the preparation and construction of residential and family houses, but mainly in order to offer our clients complex services under one brand. The company GRANT CZECH has been created from originally self-operating companies engaged in investment activities, building design, engineering activities in construction as well as construction and real estate activities. This merging has made it possible to ensure that the company GRANT CZECH offers its own projects exclusively, which are carefully maintained throughout the entire process, as early as from the purchase of the land through the project preparation until the final sale of individual apartment or family houses. For our clients we are preparing housing in prestigious locations in Prague, eventually in interesting locations of the Central Bohemian Region with quality transport infrastructure. We pay attention to the quality of our projects, their architectural solutions implementation with an emphasis on the housing functionality. We offer our clients comprehensive real estate and financial services, including bank collateral compound funds.
